These Terms of Use govern your access to coratina.co and Coratina, which are provided by Coratina Technology Limited ("Coratina"), along with related communications. Effective date: September 3, 2026. Questions can be sent to tc@coratina.co.

Site and product updates Coratina may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website or product.
Access channels Availability through Apple distribution channels may be limited by Apple account status, device compatibility, and regional availability.

Your account and submitted content

Accurate information Provide accurate details when creating an account, contacting support, or sending privacy or deletion requests.
Account security You are responsible for protecting your credentials and recovery information.
Phone verification When you register, sign in, or perform account actions using a phone number and verification code, you must ensure that the phone number is yours or that you are authorized to use it, and you must protect any code you receive.
Your content You are responsible for the records, notes, images, and other materials you choose to save or submit.

3. Workspace access and acceptable use

Shared workspace access remains your responsibility

Workspace access Some product features may support team or organization access, but you remain responsible for how you manage authorized users and roles.
Respect for others Do not misuse the product to harass, impersonate, or violate the rights of others.
Lawful use Use the site and product only in compliance with applicable law and the permissions you have for the materials you submit.

4. Human review and restricted use

Coratina supports informed decisions, not automatic decisions

Human review required Do not use Coratina output as the sole basis for an adverse decision about a person, service provider, employee, contractor, or customer.
No prohibited screening Do not use the service for employment, credit, housing, insurance, legal eligibility, law-enforcement, or other regulated screening unless a separate written agreement and applicable law allow that use.
Your compliance duties You are responsible for notices, permissions, retention limits, review procedures, and other compliance obligations that apply to your organization and use case.

5. Product and feedback

Coratina materials Coratina and its licensors retain ownership of the site, product, branding, and related materials.
Your submitted content You retain rights to your submitted content, subject to the permissions needed to operate and support the service.
Feedback Product feedback you send may be used by Coratina unless a separate agreement says otherwise.

6. Disclaimers and limits

What the service does not guarantee

Availability The product may be interrupted, limited, updated, or changed over time.
No perfect matching guarantee Coratina does not guarantee perfect parsing, matching, or uninterrupted access.
As available To the fullest extent allowed by law, the service may be provided on an as-is and as-available basis.
