Records are intended for authorized organization workspaces

  • Internal by design Records are intended for use within an authorized organization workspace, not for publication in a public directory.
  • Workspace access If shared workspace access is available, visibility is governed by the roles, permissions, and features provided by the service.
  • Supporting materials Notes and other materials you choose to save remain associated with the relevant record.
2. Information we receive

What Coratina may receive from you

  • Contact information Information you include in support messages, privacy requests, deletion requests, or access and deployment inquiries.
  • Account information Information needed for sign-in, account management, or account recovery.
  • Phone verification information When you register, sign in, bind a phone number, or change a phone number, Coratina may process your phone number, country or region code, verification send and check records, masked phone number, device identifier, IP or network risk signal, user agent information, and message/request IDs returned by the SMS provider.
  • Record content Notes, identifiers, images, and other content you choose to save in the product or send for support.
3. How information is used

Why Coratina uses that information

  • Provide the service To operate the product, maintain records, and support account features.
  • Respond to requests To handle support messages, privacy inquiries, deletion requests, and access or deployment questions.
  • Protect the service To monitor reliability, security, and misuse where reasonably necessary.
  • Verify phone access To provide account access, security verification, abuse prevention, cost control, audit troubleshooting, and account recovery. Plain verification codes are not stored; phone numbers, IP addresses, and device identifiers are used for lookup, rate limiting, and logs in encrypted, hashed, or masked form where practical.

  • No public database Coratina does not publish user records as a public reporting database through this website.
5. Retention and deletion

Retention and deletion requests

  • Deletion in the product or by request Records may remain until you delete them or ask Coratina to delete them, subject to backup, legal, and security constraints.

  • Support communications Support emails may be retained for operations and follow-up, then removed when no longer needed.

Some information may remain in backups or logs for a limited period, or longer if required for legal, safety, or security reasons.
