This page explains the privacy boundaries of Blacklist Assistant, a private beta for household blacklist records. It applies to coratina.co and the product. Effective date: April 22, 2026. Privacy and deletion contact: tc@coratina.co.

1. Privacy model

Your blacklist record is not a public report

  • Private by design Records are meant to live inside your account or household context, not in a public directory.
  • Household-aware is still limited If the beta supports shared protection, visibility is limited to the product workflow provided for that household.
  • Supporting context stays attached Notes or other materials you choose to keep remain tied to the related person record.
2. Information you provide

What Coratina may receive from you

  • Contact details Information you include in beta requests, support messages, privacy requests, or deletion requests.
  • Account details Information needed for sign-in, account management, or recovery if access is granted.
  • Product records Notes, identifiers, and other record content you choose to save in the product or send for support.
3. Why it is used

How Coratina uses that information

  • Operate the beta To provide access, maintain saved records, and support the product experience.
  • Respond to requests To handle access requests, support, privacy inquiries, and deletion requests.
  • Protect the service To monitor reliability, security, and misuse where reasonably necessary.
4. Sharing and providers

Who may help operate the service

  • Service providers Coratina may use providers for hosting, storage, email, analytics, or support operations.
  • Legal and security needs Information may be disclosed if required by law or reasonably necessary to investigate abuse or security issues.
  • No public publication Coratina does not position these records as a public reporting database through this website.
5. Retention and deletion

The deletion path

  • Delete from the product or by request Records may remain until you delete them or ask Coratina to delete them, subject to backup and legal constraints.
  • Use the account email when possible Email tc@coratina.co and include the relevant account email or identifying details.
  • Support messages may be retained Access and support emails may be kept for beta operations and follow-up, then removed when no longer needed.

Some data may remain in backups or logs for a limited period or longer if needed for legal, safety, or security reasons.

6. Beta boundaries

Security and evolving scope

  • Beta product The service is still evolving, and some workflows may change as the product matures.
  • Reasonable safeguards Coratina uses reasonable measures, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
  • Contact point Privacy questions, deletion requests, and support requests can all be sent to tc@coratina.co.
