This page is for authorized assistants, secretaries, household staff, and service coordinators who are helping a Coratina user verify a person or service record before the next appointment, delivery, courier visit, or ride goes ahead.

Temporary verification portal

Use the private link from the Coratina app.

  • Authorized helper Use Portal only when a Coratina user or household has shared a temporary link with you.
  • Concrete clue Bring the screenshot, name, phone tail, plate, worker ID, platform handle, or booking context you already have.
  • Private boundary The public website does not expose a searchable blacklist; Portal checks require an active token.
How to use it

A good verification request stays short and specific.

Coratina works best when the first clue is attached to the moment where a decision is still possible: before confirming the booking, before letting the visit continue, or before accepting the next service handoff.

    Collect the visible clue

    Use a screenshot, name, phone tail, plate, worker ID, platform profile, or short booking note.

  2. 02
    Confirm the authorization

    Name the Coratina user or household that asked you to run the check, and keep the details private.

  3. 03
    Pause when there is a hit

    If the check points to a warning, do not continue the service flow until the requesting user has reviewed it.

Open a verification draft

Submitting opens a draft in your mail app addressed to tc@coratina.co. Do not include sensitive details unless the requesting user authorized you to share them.
